Aperitif for Bennington College Alumni

On February 24th, 2011, the Aperitif Alchemists hosted an aperitif for Bennington College Alumni at their annual Winter Warm Up fundraiser in New York City.
Cocktails served: Aperol Spritzes & Elderflower 75s
Wine served: Arneis 2009 and Langhe Nebbiolo 2006 by Malvirà Winery (Piedmont, Italy)
Food pairings: White truffled popcorn, stilton & walnut crackers, lemon-zested parmesan cheese twists, and charcuterie (salumi, parmesan, aged gouda, olives, and marinated artichoke hearts)

The Elderflower 75 (sparkling wine, elderflower liqueur, gin, fresh-squeezed lemon juice & lemon slices) and Aperol Spritz (sparkling wine, aperol & orange slices)
